MyInsuranceGuy Toolbox is an internal business tool provided only to MyInsuranceGuy personnel whose access has been approved by the Google Workspace administrator. By using it, you agree to use it only for authorized MyInsuranceGuy business and in accordance with agency policies, applicable law, and Google's acceptable-use requirements.
USER RESPONSIBILITIES
The Toolbox prepares content and stores workflow information, but it does not replace professional review or the agency's official systems of record. Before sending an email, users must confirm the recipient, wording, hyperlinks, attachments, and any insurance-specific information. The Toolbox never sends an email automatically.
Users must not place passwords, payment-card data, Social Security numbers, medical information, or other unnecessary sensitive information in templates, follow-up entries, shared notes, or optional tracking fields. Shared templates and notes may be visible to other approved Toolbox users.
EMAIL IMAGE ACTIVITY
If the optional image-activity feature is enabled, users may use it only for lawful agency communication and in accordance with applicable privacy, consent, and communications requirements. Image activity is approximate and is not proof that a person read an email. Users must not rely on it as the sole basis for an insurance, employment, legal, compliance, or client-service decision.
AVAILABILITY AND CHANGES
The Toolbox depends on Google Workspace, Gmail, Apps Script, Google Cloud, internet access, and administrator configuration. Features may be changed, suspended, or removed for maintenance, security, legal, or business reasons. No guarantee is made that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
ACCESS AND ADMINISTRATION
The administrator may grant or remove access, review shared Toolbox content, enforce retention and security settings, and discontinue the Toolbox. Use of the Toolbox does not create rights to continued access.
